No Barrier Too Big.

The Holy Spirit did a great work through Jessica (a student) and I, yesterday on the law campus; He broke down language barriers (by helping Jessica and I to recall Spanish that we haven't used in years to share the gospel!), and we were able to see Marcela place her faith in Christ!

(Sidenote: I called one of the CRU student leaders and STINTer right after to meet her. They already have a follow up appointment set up for Friday! )

**This was supposed to be posted yesterday, but we are having internet difficulties here**

Prepared for Battle.

Going into our 3rd week on project, we have noticed some opposition from the enemy (sickness, nightmares, lies, deep exhaustion, etc.) - as we have been seeing fruit of the Lord's work on campus; join us in praying Ephesians 6:10-20 that we may put on the full armor of God!

Time with a Friend.

I was able to spend some time today with a sweet friend, Berkeley (She was in my Bible study her freshman year when I was interning with CRU. And she is currently here for a 2 year STINT.); it was great to catch up and shop at the market with her today!

(P.S. Josh McDowell was in town and spoke to the church we went to this morning - in Spanish!)

The Birthplace of Tango.

There was a national holiday and most everything was closed; so we did a little sightseeing to see La Boca! (Check out link below.)

Protest or Parade?

We walked by "what seemed to be" a parade (thinking it was in celebration of the Argentine national holiday that's tomorrow) after dinner - to our surprise it was actually a "protest" in the middle of the street (as usual - blocking all traffic and guards on deck) filled with dancing and music... welcome to Argentina!

The Great Physician.

Taylor (one of our project students) and I met a medical student, Florencia, in the Economics Library today; we were able to share with her about she can have a relationship with God (the great physician), and at the end of the long conversation she said that she was ready to give her life to Christ - praise the Lord for our new sister in Christ! (Pray that Taylor and an Argentine or long-term staff would be able to follow back up with her this next week.)

Full Circle.

Today, I was able to meet with Mica (my sweet friend whom I met last year and is currently a student leader with Vida - BA's CRU) to catch up and see how God has been working in her life over the past year; after that, we were able to go together to share our faith with another student - it was so fun to do ministry alongside of her!
(P.S. - The girl, Daniela, that we talked to for a couple hours and shared the Gospel with was very interested in meeting again and desired to learn more about a relationship with Christ. She is going to church with Mica on Sunday!)
