Gouchos, Horses, and Empanadas. Oh My!

Yesterday, we trekked out of the city for fresh air to experience a "real life" estancia (Argentine ranch) - we rode horses and carriages, "kissed" gouchos (Argentine cowboys), ate empanadas along with unlimited sausage, steak, and chicken (what they call an asado), enjoyed traditional tango and folk dancing, and watched the goucho horse show (where an older Argentine man jousted in my honor)! 

An abundance of Argentine culture in one day!
