Not On The Lips!
Amazing Race was the name of the game today as we explored and raced around the city to see all the major sites; as we explored the Recoleta (a fancy, monument-filled cemetery), I stopped to ask a worker where the Eva (Evita) Peron tomb was located, and he responded in Spanish with: "I will tell you if you give me a kiss" - luckily, he helped us out without receiving a smooch!

Joke: What did one lawyer say to the other lawyer? Answer: We're both lawyers.
I was so excited to head back to the Derecho (law) campus today to hear about what the Lord is doing there, to pray for the ministry and the students, and to find out how we will be joining in ministry with the STINT (short-term international) team and student leaders - pray for my team as we seek to develop relationships with the students on this campus to share Christ with them this summer (It's actually winter here!).
Reunited.
Yesterday, I was reunited with my friend, Micaela, whom I met last year while doing a survey on life and beliefs on the Law campus; I was so excited to see how the Lord has been working in her life over the past year and to see her as one of the student leaders (with CRU) on her campus!

Closed Doors and Open Doors (Both Literally and Spiritually).
Today, doors were opened and closed (by both the Lord and my bus driver) - I "accidentally" stepped off the bus a little too early this afternoon which caused the driver to also "accidentally" shut the door on me as I tried to hop back on (please laugh - the whole bus did); even more importantly, the Lord opened some doors for us on campus today to share the Gospel with 40 Argentine students! And adding a second sentence because this post is deserving of 2, we saw 4 students place their faith in Christ!

Cried, it did.
I could hear the sniffles of Argentina cease as I landed this morning (I told Argentina not to cry for me before I left, but Tina didn't listen).
With that said, I am back in Buenos Aires with a new team ready to see what the Lord is going to do this summer! Thanks for taking this journey with me yet again. I will do something similar as last year - I will either give you "one" sentence describing some aspect of my day or a photo. Enjoy!

It's that time to say goodbye folks - this past six weeks in Buenos Aires was filled with fun, dependence on the Lord, loving community, and seeing the Lord work in the nations... thanks for praying with me and following me each day in Argentina; until next time: chau!!!!
